Arrival Schedule

Tuesday June 25, 2024

Check-in Schedule for Colorguard, Drumline, Drum Major and Marching Band Camps will take place from 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM at the Bridgeforth Stadium (More information on Check-In & Directions Page).

  • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM - Percussion and Guard Camp Participants

  • 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM - Marching Band Camp Participants

  • 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM - Drum Majors Camp Participants

Check-in Schedule for Concert Band will be from 12PM to 2PM at the Forbes Center for the Performing Arts. (More information on Check-In & Directions Page).

Departure Schedule

Saturday June 29, 2024

  • 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM - All Camps Final Performances

  • 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM - Dorm Check-out
